History of Founding Kyiv Regional Council Communal Enterprise Kyiv Regional Investment Company
The Company was founded on November 26, 2002 under authority of Kyiv Regional State Administration Head, by order № 709.
The activity of the Company is to attract potential investors for modernization of operating enterprises and creation of new production on the basis of Kyiv region’s enterprises.
The main activities are:
I. Development of business-plans for investment projects, search for investors, attraction of investments and credit resources for economic development of the Region. Assistance in realization of investment, innovative and leasing projects at Region’s enterprises.
Experienced staff of the Company provides professional services for enterprises in business planning, preparation of business plans of enterprises, development of financing schemes, and analysis of investment projects with the help of Project Expert ® that is recommended for using by Institute for economic research under the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine. Project Expert ® meets international standards, comforts to Ukrainian economic features and is based on the methods and technique of UNIDO and World Bank.
II. Land evaluation and organization of land exploitation.
According to the licence issued by State Committee on Land Resources of Ukraine, the Company developes chemes of land-utilization system; develops projects on creation of new and regulation of existing land ownership. Also the Company provides technical documents for State Certificate on land ownership, private property of land, permanent and temporary land exploitation, prepare land lease agreenents.
Other servises of the Company:
- Projecting of land allotting for exploitation or owning.
- Production of land cadastre documentation.
- Land inventorying.
- Evaluation of the price of the agricultural land.
- Evaluation of the price of the inhabited land.
- Evaluation of the price of the non-agricultural land outside the inhabited settlement.
- Expert land evaluation.
In order to attract investments to Kyiv region, the Company takes part in preparind land exploitation papers for land auctions.
III. Economic management of joint real estate owership of communities at villages, towns, cities of Kyiv region that is under Company balance.
According to the decision of Kyiv Regional Council № 179-14-XXIV by 27.05.2004 and №192-15-IV by 22.07.2004 Kyiv Regional Council Communal Enterprise Kyiv Regional Investment Company is a balance holder of two office-buildings at 16, Komintern street and 1b, Arsenalna street in Kyiv.
By 9.04.2009 the decision № 461-24-V “About management of joint property ownership of territorial communities at villages, towns and cities of Kyiv region” establishes the right of the Company to manage part of the administrational building situated at 6, Khreschatyk.
In order to use efficiently the joint property ownership of territorial communities at villages, towns and cities of Kyiv region some premises are leased out to budget and commercial organizations and enterprises.
